Topic discussed - Whether we should improve our documentation for our users and the dateline for our task of the report.

Decisions - Rearranging our documentation for more space and better picture arrangement. Rough draft of report should be finished by Sunday

Goal - Set up usability test schedule and procedure. Manage our documentation.

Topic discussed -Time, location and how people for the usability test. Update and modify our documentation for our users

Decisions - Adam and I will each have 4 people doing the usability test at different time and location, but the materails applied will be the same.

From our last meeting of the group, I was assinged to do the binding for our report. Our group agreed to do it at Copymat. However, they only offer one type of binding. I am still waiting for the respond from my group whether I should change the binding or not. On the other hand, I corrected the quotes for the sources on the report, and then I have sent it to Myra for correction.

I have fixed the introduction by adding executive summary. On top of that, I added cons to my section of the white paper. For the presentation part of the project, I helped the group to chip in some ideas about the backgroup and corrected the errors on my presentation slides.

Goal - update and discuss about our research,Practice and update our presentation on Wednesday.

Topic discussed -Whether there is still more info. needs to be added to the report. Practice and time our presentation.

Decisions - Everyone practice more on their parts and make sure the time falls within 2 mins and 30 secs each person. Making sure binding is done before class on Monday.

Goal - update and discuss about our research, improve our rough draft, and discussion about presentation.

Topic discussed - Introduction needs executive summary, need to add "cons" to the solution and conclusion needs to improve. Address code on the presentation.

Decisions - Send all of corrected parts of the white paper to Myra by Saturday. On the presentation we will all be dressing semi-formal.

This week I have helped my group to establish the memo and timeline for our white paper project, on top of that, I have also contributed parts of my suggestions on the proposal of possible solutions to minimize eBay fraud. I have also volunteered to do the group blog after every meeting. I am assigned to do research on escrow services, and I have found that eBay's escrow services typically only cover $500 or abobe.
