This week the group has been reviewing the results from the usability test. During the test I was responsible for installing the testing software and directing the test subjects to begin the usability test. I have been responsible for developing a transcript of all directions given in the Captivate project used in the usability test in the form of a word document, to be used in the final report of results. I am also aiding in the final edits and review of the usability test report, including the formation of a conclusion to the report.

With our usability test occurring tomorrow evening, I have been in charge of helping make the final changes and edits to my group's tutorial. With one group's recommendation of adding videos to the tutorial to make it significantly easier to understand, I am in charge of creating those tutorial videos and implementing them in the final tutorial.

This week the group produced a storyboard detailing how the tutorial will proceed and what the tutorial will describe. I was responsible for producing screenshots for each slide on the storyboard presentation, and I initiated the revision process for the storyboard presentation as a whole.

This week our group began work on our enhanced documentation for the DesignWorkshop Lite program by submitting a proposal memo and Gantt chart. I formatted the memo and composed the introduction section of the memo. After compiling the nearly-complete memo from other members' contributions, I also performed significant edits on other members' sections before passing it on to the other group members for further editing.

This weekend, our group finalized our paper and presentation. I helped edit and review the final draft of the presentation based on classmates' recommendations and on our own preferences, and helped review the powerpoint document for our presentation. Tomorrow I will produce a final copy of the white paper, spiral-bound and with a cardstock cover in accordance with project requirements.

This week I worked with the group to compose the "Discussion" portion of the white paper. This section is the culmination of research previously done on legality and of new research done on the actions of other ISPs in the wake of the RIAA's announcement to work with ISPs to curb illegal file-sharing. I also aided the group in editing the discussion section of the rough draft to be turned in on 25 Mar 09 in class.

This week I am finishing my research of the legality issues of media piracy.
