This week we did the user stability test report and updated changes to our documentation. We have our final documentation prepared and are going to review it one more time before we submit it on Wednesday.

This week we finished our rough draft and did our user stability test tonight. We will analyze the results this coming week and prepare our final draft.

This week we finished the storyboard and presented it in class. We decided upon the location of the usability test and composed a draft of the documentation using the computer program. We composed a survey for the users to take to give us feedback on our documentation. We will do the user testing at the end of this upcoming week and then finish our documentation

This week my group decided upon a topic for our third project.. we are doing a documentation on using webmail and creating email lists. We created our storyboard this weekend and outlined the steps that will be in our documentation. Next week we will work on our documentation and compose a rough draft.

This week, I worked on revisions of the white paper. I also compiled my information into a powerpoint for our presentation on Monday. We met on Sunday to work on the powerpoint, do the handouts, and finalize the paper.

Goal: revise white paper, add sources, create title page and table of contents

Overall topics discussed: revision, title page, and table of contents, increased the executive summary

Decisions Made: finished the table of contents, the title page, and added the sources to have the draft ready for peer reviews on Wednesday

This week I finalized my research and we met as a group to compile a rough draft of our white paper. We completed our draft with only the resources section missing. We are going to edit our draft and add sources over spring break and then after spring break, make the corrections we have deemed necessary.
