For week 5, I finished up my sections of the rough draft recommendation report.  I also proofread and went over my group's sections before handing in the assignment.  Also, I began working on my power point slides and thinking about what information I will present in my portion of the presentation.

This week our rough draft of the Recommendation Report is due in class.  We've all been working individually on our areas of expertise concerning this project and need to start compiling it into one cohesive paper.  We spent time together outside of class to proof read and go over the rough draft before turning it in.  We've also begun talking about our presentation ideas.  We are getting a power point presentation in the works and brainstorming creative ideas to present our material to the class in an interesting way.  After finishing our rough draft, we are eager to get feedback and continue working to perfect our paper before the final due date next Wednesday.

During week 4 of the Recommendation Report, I began fine-tuning my sections of the paper.  I also made one last attempt to contact the MySpace Company and Perverted-Justice to obtain first-hand information.  I've started searching for pictures and interesting links or videos to spice up our presenation in 2 weeks.

A month into our Recommendation report, my group is feeling very confident with our rough draft.  We have concluded most of our research and we're currently feeling very confident with our progress.  At this point, we are all individually looking for interesting visual aids and graphics to add to the report and the presentation.  We are beginning to compile our own individual work for the rough draft due Wednesday.

This week, I continued to research the exact way MySpace and Perverted-Justice would form a successful partnership.  I also begin thinking and writing about how the media would benefit both companies in this relationship.  In addition, I attempted to get into contact with MySpace and Perverted-Justice through the Internet and phone.  Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful at obtaining any further information from the companies.  I'm in the initial stages of writing my portion of the proposal.

During week three, my group continued to research and strategize our proposal for the MySpace Company.  During class time we had the opportunity to talk about where we were in our research and made plans for our upcoming workload.  We have split up the work so that we know exactly what we should be researching and individually writing about.  We also met outside of class once to begin putting our rough draft together. 

This week, I continued to do research and gather information for our project, specifically about Perverted-Justice.com.  I'm investigating how MySpace and Perverted-Justice.com would benefit each other and why this relationship would work.  I'm also looking into how the media might affect this partnership, especially on MSNBC's reality television show, "To Catch a Predator."  I've begun writing my section of the report and will continue to work with my group to put it together.

This week our group continued to do more research for our project.  We attempted to contact different employees from MySpace and Perverted-Justice.com to get more of an insider's input on our proposition to the two companies.  We have begun to think in-depth about how we are going to propose to implement our strategy.  We also met at the library to begin writing and talked in class about everyone's individual work.

This week, as a group we decided to focus on MySpace forming a partnership with online anti-predator group, Perverted-Justice.  Since I covered this solution in our White Paper project I was very familiar with it and began writing out our Memo due Monday.  I also met with my teammates in class to distribute tasks and responsibilities for the next few weeks and format them into a Gantt Chart.

Before beginning to work on Project 3, our group sat down in class to discuss which one of our White Paper solutions we were going to focus on for our Recommendation Report.  After deliberation we decided to do our project on a MySpace partnership with online anti-predator group Perverted-Justice.  We decided this option would be the easiest to research and the most plausible for MySpace to actually use.  We also utilized class time to write the Memo and assign tasks for the Gantt Chart due Monday.
