Today Myra and I met in a computer lab at 1:00 to start working on our report.  We compiled all of our results and began writing.  We finished most of our report during the hour and a half before class started, then we finished it up during class.  All we have to do now is make sure there are no typos and we will be done with our project!

I've been working on our Captivate video for dragging songs into a playlist.  The video is all made and works well except I don't know how to get it onto our website.  That is my challenge as of right now, trying to integrate the video.  I'm also getting ready for our usability testing on Tuesday.  I found another person to do our usability test. 

We met at 5:45 in the classroom on Tuesday the 21st.  Myra was working on the website and coming up with the pre-test and post-test questions.  I was working on making our video with Captivate.  I made a video of dragging the songs into a playlist.  We are still trying to figure out how to get the Captivate video onto our website.  We are doing our usability testing on Tuesday from 5:30-7:30.

Today I spent time going through the process of creating a playlist on iTunes and then uploading it on to an iPhone.  I documented all the steps necessary to do so.  I then figured out how to use the "snipping tool" on my computer to take screen shots.  I'm currently working on editing the screen shots to include arrows or circles to draw attention to the specific buttons needed.

Today Myra and I met at the Union at 5:45 to work on our storyboard for tomorrow.  I had written the steps out, then at our meeting we took the necessary screen shots.  I'm going to send everything over to Myra tonight and she's going to put together our PowerPoint for tomorrow's presentation.  Myra also custom made an Apple PowerPoint to use.  So far everything is going well.

Today I made our PowerPoint for the presentation.  I had a little less writing than the others so I offered to do the PowerPoint.  It basically just covers everything we did in our paper, and in the same order just to be consistent.  We still have to work on our handout.  My group is having a meeting to talk about the presentation tonight at 5:30.

I finished my portion of the paper last week, my group is meeting today at 5:30 to go over our draft.  All I need to do now is edit my paper and make sure it's ready to go for Wednesday's draft.

So far things have been going smoothly.  I've gathered research on ways that eBay could hold their users more accountable.  Many people will keep creating accounts after they've been kicked off eBay for fraud.  This can be prevented by users having to enter either their social security number, drivers license number, etc to gain an eBay account.  I've learned that not all countries have identification numbers, but most do.  It seems like drivers license numbers are most common.  This upcoming week I will begin writing my portion of the paper.

I would like to work on a white paper that focuses on eBay’s high rates of fraud.  Being somebody who has been a victim of fraud on eBay, I am very interested in researching this topic.

In my Work Experience section I'm going to include my Marketing Communications Internship at Motorola.
