 This week the usability test was perform on Monday, April 26, 2009 at Matthews at 7pm. There were 8 participants for our study.  I recorded observations made during the testing that may benefit the final paper. I worked on editing the final technical documentation for the Purdue libraries.

I worked on finding two users for the usability testing for our documentation, whom meet the criteria for our test.   I worked on editing the third task of the rough draft for the documentation.  A location and meeting time for Monday, April 26, 2009 at 7pm.  Next, week I plan to evaluate the information from the usability test.

This week I worked on the database tab instructions for our group storyboard. I worked on the presentation for database portion. Also, I created the screen shots for this part. For next week, I will work on the userability portion for database tab in the library.

This week I worked on the memo portion of the project with Ashley. We delegate task to each member of the group. I am assigned with the task of creating a facebook group to find candiates for userability test. A list of the type of candiates selected was created.

I worked on editing the rough draft of the paper. I completed my slides for the presentation and work on my information for the presentation. I worked on the handouts with the team.

During the week of March 13 and over spring break I work on the introductioon and extent of the problem. I gather two more sources for the extent of the problem. I completed the write up for the extent of the problem. I am working on a creative/attractive title for this section. Also, I wrote an introduction for the white paper. Currently, I am looking for pictures to highlight the extent of the problem. In the coming week, I plan to proof our rough draft and work on the the presentation with my group.

I begun to collect information on the extent of the problem dealing with image stealing online. My first plan for the week is look in general how far the problem stretches in photo and image online industry. I read several articles this week that have held no substances( lack the credentials). A few question I plan to answer while researching are: " Is image stealing affecting the economy of the industry?" "Where did the problem begin and with what advances allowed for the problem to spread?"

We worked on the deciding the task to be complete by each group member. I am resposible for research and composing the information on the extent of the problem. I found two articles discussing Getty Images problems faced with image stealing on the web. I worked on the memo for class about the task assigned by writing several parts.

Facebook privacy among your page is an issue faced. It has tried to improve its privacy, but lacks the needs of some. Privacy is needed to prevent unwanted viewers of photos, event update, or status update.  People want to prevent their employer from seeing the activities outside of the job. More privacy acts should be enacted to allow only certain people to read it.

I worked for ABNA Engineering organizing and creating a database for their scholarship fund. Also, recruited potential donors for scholarship fund.
