This week, I helped to finalize the report. I had all the pre-test and post-test questionnaires, so I helped to distribute them to the appropriate parties. I also helped in making final editing decisions like adding a cover page.

This week, we split up the final parts of the documentation project. I took the introduction, the user profiles, and the data collection and analysis methods of the usability report. I finished writing those portions Friday night. Furthermore, I collected the other parts from my team members and compiled them into a rough draft of our report. It is now making the rounds among team members for editing.

This week I prepared for the usability test in the following ways. I was able to recruit three users for the test. Furthermore, I composed a post-test questionnaire to be distributed to and filled out by the users. On Saturday, I arrived at the testing center and helped run the study.

This week I participated in storyboard revision. Upon its completion, it was necessary to review it in order to fix any typographical or content-based errors. Also, I spoke with the group and helped to devise a final plan for our usability testing. Per my suggestion, we decided that each group member should try to produce two potential test subjects.

This week, I made the Gantt chart and wrote about a third of the proposal memo. I also helped in the editing of this memo. We met on Friday to begin making the storyboard for this project. At this meeting, we all contributed ideas of specific instructions to include in the documentation.
