When/Where: Monday May 4 in Beering

Who: Jordan Gilsinger, Shatio Ballard, Roya Arkhavain, Reston Rawlings

Goal:  Make any last minute corrections to the usability report and completely finish up the whole project.

Decisions: We are going to wait until Wednesday to turn in everything together.

Tasks: We moved some images around and we burned everything onto a CD.

Plans for next meeting: Turn in the final project and go enjoy our summer!

I have been working with the group to put the finishing touches on our usability report along with the rest of the project. 

I have been working on the Method section of the usability report.  I am including who was at the testing and how the test was run.

When/Where: Thursday April 30 at Hicks

Who: Jordan Gilsinger, Shatio Ballard, Roya Arkhavain, Reston Rawlings

Goal:  Put together the usability report.

Decisions: We split sections of the usability report up so everyone has a sections to write about.

Tasks: We made a list of items that should be described in the usability report to be put together at the next meeting.

Plans for next meeting: Put everyones part into the main paper and make any corrections that are needed.

I have been helping to put pictures into the documentation along with making a question and suggestion form for the testing.  I had two friends volunteer to come test our documentation.

When/Where: Monday April 27 at Beering Lab

Who: Jordan Gilsinger, Shatio Ballard, Roya Arkhavain, Reston Rawlings

Goal:  Get all our volunteers to complete our documentation.

Decisions: Put all the pictures and info needed on a cd to use on the test

Tasks: We watched over the volunteers and took notes on their progress and also there answers to our question and suggestions form.

Plans for next meeting: Fix problems that were found during the test and begin to finish up the project

When/Where: Sunday April 19 at Hicks Library

Who: Jordan Gilsinger, Shatio Ballard, Roya Arkhavain, Reston Rawlings

Goal:  Complete our documentation rough draft

Decisions: Everyone decided what screen shots would go best in the paper.

Tasks: We added screen shots and captions to the paper along with formating the paper to look professional.

Plans for next meeting: Take the suggestions fromt the peer review and make any improvements needed.

When/Where: Sunday April 12 at Hicks Library

Who: Jordan Gilsinger, Shatio Ballard, Roya Arkhavain, Reston Rawlings

Goal:  Finish power point for documentation presentation.

Decisions: All of us are going to speak about the topics we are the most familuar with during our presentation.

Tasks: We tried to make the power point as short and informational as possible.  We documented where we are going to put screen shots to help viewers understand what to look for.

After I finished my part of the paper and added it to everyone elses I began to make my cue cards for the presentation.  I was put in charge of organizing the power point and I decided to keep it simple and easy to read.

When/Where: Sunday March 29 at Hicks Library

Who: Jordan Gilsinger, Shatio Ballard, Roya Arkhavain, Reston Rawlings

Goal:  Completely finish up our paper, handout, and power point.

Decisions: All of us are going to speak about the topics we focused on in the paper during our presentation.

Tasks: Jordan is going to put the border on the paper, Reston is going to format the power point, and Shatio and Roya are going to proof read the paper and have it printed.

Plans for next meeting: Give our presentation and do great.
