1. Discuss the title and where I found the job.
a. I found the job on monster.com and the title was System Analyst. I looked on the company website for the same job posting but there was only an email link to request jobs available.
2. Try to show how interested/excited you are about the job.
a. Express that learning has always been a passion of yours and that education has always been a part of your college career.
B. Talk about specific job credentials and skills
1. Academic Degree
a. I have a degree in Computer Information Technology with a focus in Information Systems. That is the exact degree to which this job applies to.
2. Specific skills regarding the job
a. I have a deep understanding of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and UML (Unified Modeling Language).
b. I have taken many programming languages including C#, Java, and SQL.
c. Every class involving systems and systems development, I have gotten an A in it.
3. Experience
a. I do not have much in the work force, but the education provided to me at Purdue has given me the skills necessary to become a great employee.
