Topic Proposal - Ebay scam , need more protection for users

As one of the most popular online auction site in the World, scam and flaud have not yet seem to come to conclusion on Ebay.  Being one of the victime years ago and cost me thousands of dollar, I have became very aware of my action on Ebay.  One of the major problems with online auction is that you are purchasing the item with the dealer face to face.  Anyone can create an account and offer to sell their items.  These so called "sellers" can be from other country and disappear after they have received thier money.  There are also many other problems such as received items that are not as decribed on the website.  These types of illegal activities need to be controlled.  Ebay and other online auction site has breat responsibility to solve these problems.
