Topic Proposal: Customer Service on E-commerce sites

Because e-commerce is on the rise, companies are doing their best to tweak any issues they may be having with their site. One issue that I feel needs more attention is customer service; more specifically, customer service after the purchase. Most companies will give a full refund or credit if the product is returned with its receipt within a certain time period (usually 30 days). However, even if you do follow these criteria when returning a product, you most likely will have to pay shipping. This minor problem is enough to sway potential customers away from purchasing online.
