  • What was the goal of the meeting:  to put together steps for our storyboard.
  • What topics overall you discussed:  what aspects of the program we are going to cover in the documentation, how to best inform users and make the documentation clear and conciseAny decisions you made:  how to format the paper
  • What tasks you delegated to whom:  all tasks are represented in the gantt chart.
  • What your plans are for the next meeting:  to read over the existing primitive instructions and decide what type of format will be best for our documentation based on the users.
