We met last night to figure out what we need to do to put the finishing touches on our usibilty report and the documentation itself. I then came home and had to fix the usibilty report and the documentation. That is now complete. We are meeting again today to compile everything we have so it can be turned in.

So since the last time our group met I have once again edited the document so that the part that the majority of the people got stuck on during the usibility testing was fixed. I need to get a picture of this step to make it more clear. I also added a few more lines of procedure and also stated to look at the video if people get stuck at any part. Hopefully I get all the parts for the usibility report soon and I will put it all together and edit and refine that.

We met last night in Hicks to decide what is going into the usibility report. We came up with a broad overview of what is going into the report. Jordan is wriring the background, Reston is writing the method, and shatio is writing the discussion. I am going to take all that and revise it and put the final touches on it and try to make it all flow cohessively... Also I have put the final touches on the document itself and i am waiting for Jordan to send me an outline so I can put it in a professional format...

So far i have taken the original document we made and edited it to the format that was brought to class on Wednesday. Then I took the document after the other group edited it and made unclear pictures bigger (I kind of had the whole picture then the main part of the pic zoomed into). Also I changed the document so that there were more commanding bullets and the different sections were clearly distinct. After the people finish today I will once again fix the document. Jordan can most likely help the most with this

We met last night and put the finishing touches on our document. We have decided as a team to make a video also to go along with this. We will probablly meet friday or this weekend to do this and make sure that the document is ready to go also. We also decided to start the usibility test on monday afternoon and the place and time exactly is unknown. We also decided to bring 2 people each to the usibility test.

I know this is a little late. We met last monday and we were taught by Jordan how to edit photo's in photoshop. From there we set up our basic steps for our manual. We will later insert screen shots into the outline to make it easier to follow. I have thought about who our general population would go to and I think teeangers and college students would use this photo editing the most. Hopefully next time we meet my group and i will further discuss if they agree with me.

Ok so for the past couple of weeks i've been tryin to find helpful websites and statistics to support our argument, and i think i have. Also I sent my whole group 2 different links that could help the "advertising issue" aspect of our paper. I finished writing my section of the white paper and I was thinking of writing an introduction for the white paper just to give the reader a little background on where our argument is coming from. I have to discuss this with my group to see if they think this is a good idea....

On friday i went and talked to one of the Dean of Students Pablo Malavenda. He told me great statistics such as accoriding to a research done by 10% of college admissions admited they used Facebook as part of their admission process. Also that UMass took a similar survey and found 21% of colleges used facebook for recruiting. He provided me with powerpoint slides that also displayed such items to go along with our information. I am going to continue researching and start writing what applies to my part of the paper.

So I finally was able to get in touch with the Facebook expert here on campus. I probablly will be meeting with him tomorrow sometime. Also I have gotten alot of great feedback from the survey's i've handed out so far. The data definately will help our argument. I am still researching but seems like all the information I am getting is really repetitive unfortunately.

I found that about 27% of major corporations look at the facebooks of people they are looking to hire. Also that with this new facebook "privacy policy" only about 7% of users actually aprove/ like it. I'm asking around the athletic department to get the Facebook expert's, here at Purdue, phone number. I'm currently looking for statics showing how many people have been denied or lost their job because of Facebook.
