Finished my part over weekend, all that was left was combining all parts

This week we were simply composing and appending a document with the results of the usability study and finalizing the paper itself. Because the majority of this work was previously completed, this week Will made the necessary changes and compiled the report. I personally wrote my peer eval and checked on my blog entries to ensure project completeness. This will be the final blog post for this blog. Thanks!

This week I finished up editing and organizing our final draft of the documentation and the usability report and sent it in to the professor for grading.

Well, the project is over, and this is my last individual blog.  I think our Documentation turned out successful, with ~20 pages of Documentation, ~5 pages of Usability Test Report, and ~5 pages of Usability Test Materials.  I think if I were required to make a Documentation in the future, I could do so effectively, having taken ENGL421.

I received Samhita's user testing appendix, and integrated it into the user documentation. I also cleaned up the user documentation a little bit, and submitted this as the final version. The class is now done!

Group had an email conversation to send our indivdual parts of the report to each other for editing and final assembly for the project. I wrote the section about discussion of test results.

This week, we completed our Usability Test.  Now we have to write up the Appendix section for the Documentation and make necessary changes to the Documentation.  After completing the testing, we do not anticipate having to make any major changes to our Ducumentation, only smaller additions to existing steps to make the process go even smoother.  The final Documentation with Usability Test appendix and Usability Test materials are all due by Wendssday at 4:30pm.

Entry Four

This week we administered the usability test and processed the results. I was responsible for putting together the rough draft of the report on the results and on the usability test itself.

Still working on Appendix. Gathering data from group members, organizing information, writing results and conclusions.
