Goal:  Finishing up the memo and assigning the absent group member the rest of the work that we did not finish in class.

Topic Discussed: eBay fraud background, possible solutions, resources needed for our topic and conclution.

Decisions: Our topics are about providing possible solutions such as eBay using approved identification and the mandatory use of escrow services to reduce the fraud on eBay.

As one of the most popular online auction site in the World, scam and flaud have not yet seem to come to conclusion on Ebay.  Being one of the victime years ago and cost me thousands of dollar, I have became very aware of my action on Ebay.  One of the major problems with online auction is that you are purchasing the item with the dealer face to face.  Anyone can create an account and offer to sell their items.  These so called "sellers" can be from other country and disappear after they have received thier money.  There are also many other problems such as received
