As per the timeline of project tasks, this week I researched the legality of the RIAA's tactics and the legality of possible actions to be taken by the ISP in response to the RIAA's request to monitor user file sharing. This research uncovered an article detailing Harvard Law School Professor Charlie Nesson's comments on the RIAA's tactics of suing individuals, as well as on the constitutionality of the Digital Theft Deterrence and Copyright Damages Improvement Act of 1999.

This week the group principally worked on the creation of a project plan, including the allocation of work to individual group members. I aided in the editing and finalization of this project plan, adding suggestions to project component deadlines as well as providing recommendations for the delegation of tasks to groups members. After editing the project plan, I passed the draft on to other group members for further editing.
