-Goal:  to complete our proposal memo for project 2.

-Topics discussed:  wiki background information, the importance of our issue, potential solutions to our issue, possible resources for information on our issue.

-Decisions made:  Our problem within our topic is how to regulate the addition and modification of wiki pages on the newly created Purdue wiki system (assumes the system has already been created).

-Tasks delegated & to whom:  Alex is now the group blogger.

-Plans for next meeting:  Begin research and drafting of our white paper.

-Other details:  Goal accomplished.
