Goals: Discuss finalization of project

Topics discussed: Whitepaper format, delegations, binding of whitepaper

Decisions: Meet tomorrow, whitepaper will be written in Publisher, we will bind it at copy amt on Sunday

Delegations: We are each to write our sections, then Will will merge it tomorrow. We will all meet up to create the whitepaper in publisher tomorrow night.

Next Meeting: March 24th, 8pm @ Hicks, followed by Sunday March 29th, 1pm @ Hicks
