PUBLISHER GROUP: Meeting 1

-Decisions made:  We will be creating documentation for creating a newsletter in Microsoft Publisher.  The documentation will be geared towards a specific Purdue organization, the Purdue Republicans.  The documentation will include setting up a newsletter template and creating a sample newsletter complete with titles, sidebars, images, text, logos, etc.

-Tasks delegated & to whom:  sections of the proposal assigned:  Gantt Chart to Sam; usability study to Alex; client benefit to Stew; user definition to Aaron

-Plans for next meeting:  get our proposal completed in the form of a memo, with a Gantt Chart included

-Other details:  topic approved!
