MS Publisher Newsletter Documentation - Week 2

For this week, my main area of research was in the compilation of the slides for the powerpoint presentation on Wednesday.  I had to go through the entire process and write down every step, as well as take many screenshots.  These were given to Alex, who meshed everything, and then Stew improved the design, while Sam tested the effectiveness of it.  I also have had to retake many screenshots and provide them to the group to improve our documentation.

For my responsibilities for the group, I was in charge of finding people for the test (since I am in the College Republicans).  That was taken care of today, as 6 people officially agreed to take part in the study at the given time.  Stew arranged for a room on April 27th, where we will go through the documentation for a usability test.

This upcoming week, we have a lot to work on. On Wednesday, a rough draft for the documentation is due.  We have some ideas on how to put this together, but we don't have much down on paper besides what we already have for the powerpoint.  It will be my job to type up a rough listing of the tasks from the powerpoint.  Also, we need to come up with a questionnaire for the users to take during the usability testing session.
