Meeting Goal: Write informal project planning memo of understanding.

Topics Discussed: Dividing up duties for research and composition of the white paper project.

Decisions Made: Which duties in the research and writing of the white paper will be performed by which group members.

Tasks Delegated: All group members should begin their research and think about how they are going to compose their section of the paper.

Plans For The Next Meeting: Meet next week during or after class to discuss research findings and start passing along relevant research to group members to begin composition.
