Entry 3:

I have written the part for the copying the DVD (draft). The observational survey was made.

I have compiled the everyone's parts to send it before the class time

I have gathered information about the copying DVD (program)

Group meet to discuss the indivisual tasks and preparation for presentation of storyboard slides.

I'm charge of copying the DVD.

We have finished the Documentation Project rough draft.  The date we have set is for our testing is on Monday the 27th and I am working on creating the observational data sheets.  The project is coming along nicely and there have not been any issues regarding out team.

I completed my section of the rough draft, "Finding an article using ejournals", by adapting the material I used from the storyboard presentation.  I modified the directions in some of the steps to be generally applicable instead of specific to the example we are using.

We met for 2hrs in the classroom and completed the documentation. The adobe version is pretty snazzy with all sorts of links, and gadgets, and whatchimicallits.

I met with the group in Beering tonight. We worked on the documentation together. We split the parts into three and worked on the individually. We then emailed our parts to Paul, and the three of us compiled our parts together. We'll export our Word docx as a pdf and get it ready to turnin it in tomorrow.

Today I made the questionnaire for the users of creating a website. This document contains the important questions that are needed in order to make sure that our test is accurate. Also today I prepared some of the usability paper for final draft today before our group meeting. Later today we met for our group meeting and finished the usability study paper.

Last week my group presented our storyboard to the class. We also met to finish our rough draft of the documentation. We also created our questionnaire sheets for the usability testing. We picked a day, place, and time to complete the testing.

I created a website for our usability test. I put all our steps on there and will put the screen shots and videos in when Ally and I meet this evening. I created questionnaires online and put the link on the website so the subjects can complete them while they're on the site.

Ally and I are meeting tonight to finish the rough draft of our documentation.
