Documentation Review
Wed, 04/22/2009 - 15:57 — kjlowry
Our group reviewed the rough draft of the documentation for the Purdue newsletter. The group's rough draft looked good and easy to follow. We are awaiting our review so we can make possible improvements. We are also compiling data for user testing and debriefing for the report section that we will hand in with our documentation final draft.

Yet another week later, we find our heroes fighting the forces of sleep to try to churn out another project. We've set up the schedule for testing and a location and all the rest, and our storyboard is good so all we need are words/pictures on paper and a glass of scotch.

All the members of our group met after class to finalize the rough draft. We followed the suggestions to make the documentation more general. The user is able to follow our steps and use their own keywords so they can be more familier with the system and not be restricted to our keywords. A title page was added, and turned into PDF.m

I finished putting together our rough draft. I realized we left out a few steps so I had to add those along the way. Mostly, I added screenshots and made sure the format was still alright. It took around and hour.
