I completed a rough draft of the documentation.  I also reviewed the storyboard and added some items to it.  I am currently working on schedualing usibitlity test with subjects to test the rough draft documentation.

This week I participated in storyboard revision. Upon its completion, it was necessary to review it in order to fix any typographical or content-based errors. Also, I spoke with the group and helped to devise a final plan for our usability testing. Per my suggestion, we decided that each group member should try to produce two potential test subjects.

For this week, my main area of research was in the compilation of the slides for the powerpoint presentation on Wednesday.  I had to go through the entire process and write down every step, as well as take many screenshots.  These were given to Alex, who meshed everything, and then Stew improved the design, while Sam tested the effectiveness of it.  I also have had to retake many screenshots and provide them to the group to improve our documentation.

-Topics discussed:  screenshots that need to be changed, usability test questionairre formatting

This week our task was to create a story board of our project. I worte an initial flow of the document and then took it into powerpoint. I used this data to create a quick storyboard with almost no information on it. Then, at the group meeting, we added specifics and hammered out the details of the documentation to ensure we compiled a complete document for our goals.

This week for our group's documentation project I helped to prepare and present the storyboard. As a group, we updated our Gantt chart to reflect our current plans. We discussed possible times to hold our usability testing and schelduled a room.

This week after helping to create a rough draft of the story board for Wednesday I continued to edit and make my part better. My part of the story board was to make the example webpage that a user could make through basic skills shown in the story board. I will be working on the story board until the next meeting with the group which will be the due date for the story board.

This week I helped complete and present our storyboard.  I also started to create are multimedia presentation.

This week, our task was to creat a memo introducing our proposed documentation for the company. We decided to do linux software guide documentation. For the memo, I did the formatting and editing and made some text addition. I started research on advantages of Linux
