I made a rough draft of the questionnaires for the usability test. I made one for before, during and after the test for the subjects to complete.

I am working on the wetpaint part of our documentation project.

Our group is meeting tuesday for a couple hours to finish out all the kinks.  We have decided to use wetpaint for our documentation project because it will look very professional.

The past 2 weeks I have created a storyboard that was presented for class, along with finding users for our usability study.  We havent had to have a group project thus far due to small meetings after class. We are continuing to stick to our gantt chart.

Our group is working on pace thus far. We are adhering to our Gantt charts which helps distribute the work evenly among us.

We had a little trouble compiling our individual work during the storyboard presentations, but got through it in one piece.

My individual work has comprised of learning how to use our product so that I will be able to understand the results of our usability testing.

Yesterday we put created our documentation.  I took screenshots throughout the process and plan to add them to the documentation today.  We worked for an hour and a half and it should not take much longer to put it all together.

Goal: Plan each individual's work for the coming week

Topics:

  - Assign one person in charge of finishing the rough draft of the document

  - Divide up the pre-testing and post-testing questionnaires for the usability testing

- Finalize plans for recruiting users for usability testing

Decisions:

  - Josh is going to finish the rough draft

  - Daniel is going to write the pre-testing questionnaire

I worked on the rough draft of the user documentation. Our storyboard was fairly complete and the images for the user documentation were all done so I used those for the documentation and added the captions and user instrutions to that. I emailed the rough draft to the other group members for review and edits.

This week I worked on the database tab instructions for our group storyboard. I worked on the presentation for database portion. Also, I created the screen shots for this part. For next week, I will work on the userability portion for database tab in the library.
