We made our presentation at the last group meeting, we kind of just outlined what steps we would later explain.  Not really 100% sure if that's what we were supposed to do, but it's quite a number of slides to begin with so I'm fairly certain we'll have plenty of material for our presentation.

Going to go do more work on it before the next element is due.

For the first week, i helped develop the Gantt Chart and the Proposal.  We all participated in distributing tasks to each of the individual group members.

All the members of our group met to work on the storyboard on monday. We divided up the "sections" of the library website, including the articles, eJournals, and database tabs. All the screen shots were completed and red arrows or circles were added to show the places to click. An article about the history of American photography was choosen as an example for the search. We prepared the powerpoint to present on wednesday. At this point, we are well on our way to completing the actual tutorial.

With a group meeting under our belt, i think we have a pretty clear idea of where we are going with this project. From here, the majority of my research has come from navigating the purude library page trying to see where users may get held up.

Today I spent time going through the process of creating a playlist on iTunes and then uploading it on to an iPhone.  I documented all the steps necessary to do so.  I then figured out how to use the "snipping tool" on my computer to take screen shots.  I'm currently working on editing the screen shots to include arrows or circles to draw attention to the specific buttons needed.

Today Myra and I met at the Union at 5:45 to work on our storyboard for tomorrow.  I had written the steps out, then at our meeting we took the necessary screen shots.  I'm going to send everything over to Myra tonight and she's going to put together our PowerPoint for tomorrow's presentation.  Myra also custom made an Apple PowerPoint to use.  So far everything is going well.

What: Assisted the group in the finalization of the PowerPoint storyboard and helped work out the logistics of the presentation.

For Next Time: Get ready for heavy work on the documentation.

What: Tim fabricated the bulk of the storyboard before the meeting on his own time. We all fine tuned the slides and discussed what was going to be said at the presentation of the storyboard. We also talked about future meeting times and worked out a timeline for the final project completion date.

For Next Time: Start work on the actual documentation to be completed by the required date of April 22.

I met with Paul in Beering's basement to work on our storyboard. Mark couldn't make it because he's out of town. I worked on the section where you request a transcipt using banner self-service.  I plan on taking all the screenshots we need for our project later this week. Using Google docs has been very efficient for working on this project.
